cato wheeler (he/him) is a queer, transgender web and graphic designer based in Philadelphia. he is a second generation Thai raised in Miami, who has been creating websites and digital content for over 25 years.

notable projects and collaborations include: The Mahogany Project in Houston, The Transgender District in San Francisco, Transgender History Month, Solutions Not Punishment Collaborative in Atlanta, and initiatives such as 2025’s Hands Off Our Drag, the 2022 Guaranteed Income for Transgender People (GIFT) program, and the 2021 trans visibility campaign Know Our Place.

cato served as the website coach for the Transgender District’s Entrepreneurship Accelerator Program, an annual business bootcamp designed to help SF-based trans entrepreneurs start their businesses, from the program’s launch in 2021 until 2024.

cato is invested in uplifting trans and queer voices, projects, and passions, and primarily focuses his work within those communities. cato has worked with performance artists, activists, entrepreneurs, and hobbyists to create imagery, branding, content, and presence on the internet and in the real world.
